Specializing in hearty Henan cuisine, this spot is a favorite for Flushing locals. It can be unassuming and easily missed because you need to go down some stairs from the street. Once you enter you will see the workers stretching and pulling the fresh noodles behind the counter, which is what they are known for. The portions here are extremely filling, you will not leave hungry. There are stir-fry and soup options depending on your preference.
2. Zhu Ji Dumpling House
📍 Address: 40-52 Main St, Flushing, NY 11354
🌟 Must-Order: Boiled Pork and Cabbage, Scallion Pancake, and Congee

My favorite dumplings in NYC. As you can tell from the photos above this spot is a little hole in the wall. There are two stools inside and you can order at the window for convenience. I LOVE the boiled pork and cabbage dumplings here. They are made fresh to order and you can tell. The scallion pancake is also amazing. There are many classic Chinese breakfast items like pork buns, Chinese doughnuts, congee, and more.
3. Xie Bao
📍 Address: Address: 133-35 Roosevelt Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Floor 1—New York Food Court)
